Anna Anisimova

Anna Anisimova is rapidly becoming very well known, particularly in the wealthy circles. She has been living in the United States for many years now, growing up here so as not to encounter the harder life available to her in her native Russia. She, her mother and one older sister moved here while she was merely 6 years old. The move came just after her eldest sister and her husband were found bound and murdered in their home. Naturally, her father, Vassily Anisimov, wanted his family safe, so they left.

At the time, her mother kept her in a quiet private school with other children of fortune. As she has grown she has become a very dynamic young woman, with a head for business, and a passion for being the center of attention. As she has drawn more attention to herself, more recently through some extravagant real estate selections, she is proving that she is not your average heiress, and certainly not afraid of the cameras.

She is an incredible young woman who knows that she wants to invest in US real estate, not the family business, but she evidently has her mind focused. In 2004 she made a splash in the Hamptons when she rented a summer home from Denise Rich for 550thousand dollars. Many of her neighbors that summer found themselves next to the most exciting and lavish party in town. This lead to the police being called many times on noise complaints, however she did find that she loved the area. Recently, even as her father and his company came down from billionaire status, she rented a 600 thousand dollar summer rental and purchased a 7000 sq ft home on 10 acres in Water Mill. Anna and her sister Angelina own the property and plan to renovate, again bringing further attention, as the current home will become the smaller guest house.

Staking her claim in real estate investment, she purchased Diane von Furstenberg (DVF) Building located at W12th street. As zoning currently allows, the Coalco Company, could easily build up to 10 stories on the top of the building located in the Meat Packing District. There is significant push against that proposal as the residents in the area would like it deemed as a historical site. Changes have not be settled on should they come, Anna will very likely be heading the design and planning of the luxury condos. This project has both moved Anna into the family business, and furthered the investment of the Coalco Company in the United States Real Estate market. After this purchase Anna has discussed creating a DVF building with a shopping center and food locations in Moscow.

She has made it clear that she and her father are working closely together on the real estate ventures. She has found herself involved in business meetings, planning and all aspects of the Coalco Company business. This is at the behest of her father, who believes that her unique style, and solid business sense will develop into the most solid US foundation the company could possibly ask for. As she is developing contacts through her socializing, and acting on business plans she stays very busy, even for a college student. It is obvious who will run the company when her father finally choses to step down.

There is no doubt that her keen business sense will be distinction from Paris Hilton, whom she is often compared to, and nicknamed after. (The Russian Paris Hilton) Adding to some public perception of this party girl, she is currently working with a fragrance designer on a new perfume line that will bare her name. This trend appears to be the celebrity ‘thing to do. ‘

After her most recent property purchases, she has selected to find a place in the Los Angles area. In time she will be a party girl of legend, and when the time is right, a business woman to reckon with.
